The Bioelectronics Systems Lab at Columbia University seeks to exploit modern CMOS electronics to address biomedical challenges. Bioelectronics based on integrated circuit technology has the potential to revolutionize both implantable and wearable devices by maximizing volumetric efficiency, the amount of function that can be integrated into a given volume. For INTENSE, we are working on a new class of implantable wireless neural interface devices.
