Eric Dijkema

With a background in biomedical engineering and a fascination for neurotechnology, I am working on the development and implementation of a closed-loop brain-to-brain interface. By combining electrophysiology, optogenetics and neuromorphic computing, we hope to restore motor function in individuals with lesions in the cortical circuitry responsible for transforming visual information to motor commands.
